AWS A5.22 E316LT1-1 is a CO2 gas shielded stainless steel flux-cored welding wire, which has good welding performance with smooth arc and effortless slag removal ability. It is permitted for all-welding. The deposited metal has good corrosion resistance and crack resistance.

The product is applicable for welding base metal such as 06Cr17Ni12Mo2(S31608) and 022Cr17Ni12Mo2(S31603), stainless steel such as st316 and 316L stainless steel, as well as chromium stainless steels, composite steels and dissimilar steels that cant be heat-treated after welding. It is mainly used in the fields such as etrochemical industry, food and medical treatment, ships, muclear power and so on.
